Pascoal P.Eng. PMP, GSC – Project Manager
Tony Pascoal is a Professional Engineer, Senior
Project Manager and Construction Consultant. He brings more
than 30 years of leadership experience in the construction
and engineering industries. Tony has worked on multi-disciplinary
projects, and is very familiar with the specific constraints
of construction and renovation work occurring within an existing
operational environment. He has exceptional communication
skills, which he uses to assist owners in defining clear goals
and objectives, and to drive the design and construction team
to achieve those goals and objectives on time, scope and on
budget. He has the right personality as project liaison to
work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
Graham - Project Manager / Site Superintendent
Tom is a Project Manager, Estimator and Site Supervisor with
over forty years’ experience in the industry. Tom has
worked at PCS General Contractors since 2002 and has been
involved in lab rebuilds, tenant fit-ups, the architectural
and maintenance of the PWGSC 3500 Carling Site and more recently
as project manager and/or site supervisor for contract projects.
Pigeon - Project Coordinator / Project Manager
Francis joined PCS General Contractors as a Project
Coordinator in March of 2016 and has since managed numerous
projects for PCS. He has experience in both commercial and
residential construction projects as Project Manager and Project
In the last three years he’s acquired priceless experience
dealing directly with clients, consultants, trades, etc. He
worked as the site foreman for four different projects during
this time as well as assisted with a few more.
Logan – Site Supervisor
Kim has over thirty-five years’ experience
in the commercial and residential construction industry as
a site supervisor. He is adept at scheduling, quality control,
budgeting, estimating, costing, contract negotiation, and
subcontractor supervision. Highly knowledgeable in general
building trades, engineering change orders, purchasing, and
inventory control. Extensive familiarity with safety, applicable
codes, Health & Safety knowledge, regulatory compliance,
and on-site management. Ability to recommend cost reductions.

Boyd - Carpenter
John is a carpenter with over twenty two years experience
in the industry. John has worked as PCS General Contractors’
carpenter since 2002. He has been involved in lab rebuilds;
tenant fit-ups, daily maintenance at the Nortel Carling Site
and various projects for PCS.
Dumont - Carpenter
Bertrand started in the industry in 2000 and joined the PCS
team in 2003. He has been involved in lab rebuilds; tenant
fit-ups, daily maintenance at the Nortel Carling Site and
various projects for PCS.
Joann began working for PCS in 2010 and brings to projects
her exceptional skill and knowledge of the trade including
the preparation of surfaces, the many types of finishes, their
properties and their applications for the applicable surface.
Joann has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial,
institutional, industrial and residential sectors and is a
great asset for the estimating department.
